Once the Business Chat account is approved

Once the Business Chat account is approved by Apple, you will be able to link your Converse bot to Apple Business Chat. This step completes a basic integration with Apple Business Chat.

In the Apple Business Register:

  1. Go to your Business Chat account.
  2. In the Customer Service Platform Configuration area, click Connect to host platform.

    The Converse Apple Business Chat connection wizard opens.

  3. Select your chatbot from the list.
  4. Click Next Step and confirm that you want to connect the selected bot with the Business Chat account.

    You can remove the connection later on the Integration tab of your bot configuration.
