Apple Pay – domain for processing payments

You need to configure the domain for processing the Apple Pay transactions. Someone with admin rights to the Apple Developer account will need to complete this step.

  1. In Converse:
    1. In Designer, click Config , and then go to the Integration tab.
    2. Copy the domain from the Merchant domain name field.
  2. On the Apple Developer console:
    1. Go to Identifiers > Merchant IDs and select the Merchant ID.
    2. In Apple Pay Payment Processing on the Web, add a new merchant domain. Paste in the domain name from the Merchant domain name field in the bot configuration.

      Apple will provide a file to verify the new domain.

    3. Download the verification file.
  3. In Converse:
    1. In Designer, click Config , and then go to the Integration tab.
    2. Open the verification file and copy the contents.
    3. In the Merchant domain verification file content field, paste the contents of the verification file.
    4. Click OK to save the bot configuration.
  4. On the Apple Developer console:
    1. Go back to the merchant ID and verify the domain.
    2. If verification is successful the page updates to show the domain name.
