Summary of Converse integration settings for Apple Business Chat

You must first create an Apple Business Chat account. Once Apple has approved your account, you will be able to connect your bot. For more detailed information, see Integrating with Apple Business Chat.
Note: You can let users start a conversation with your bot from a website or email message using a URL that can contain the Apple parameters: biz-group-id, biz-intent-id, body. For more information, see Generating test URLs and QR codes for Apple Business Chat.

Additional settings for account linking

The following settings are required if the bot lets users log into a third-party account.

OAuth settings for account linking Required if the bot lets users log into a third-party account. This information is needed for successful authentication by the third party's OAuth authorization server.

Additional settings needed for Apple Pay

The following settings are required for Apple Pay. You need to connect the bot to your Apple Business Chat account before you can complete these fields.

OAuth settings for account linking Required if the bot lets users log into a third-party account. This information is needed for successful authentication by the OAuth authorization server.

Merchant ID The merchant identifier configured in your Apple Developer account that uniquely identifies your organization or business as a merchant who is able to accept payments.

Merchant display name The friendly name for the merchant.

Is merchant eligible for China Union Pay? Select this option if required.

Merchant domain name The Converse domain that hosts the bot. The domain depends on the environment to which the bot is deployed. You will need to update this when you deploy the bot to other environments.

You will need to give this information to Apple in order to complete the Apple approval process.

Merchant domain verification file content You will be able to enter this after the domain has been verified in the Apple Developer account.
